1、 Labels and Identification Categories

-Adhesive labels: daily chemical/food/chemical bottle stickers, electronic component labels, logistics traceability codes, oil and scratch resistant, can be die cut into irregular shapes.

-Product tags: clothing/luggage/shoe tags, jewelry/glasses price tags, can be hot pressed with UV, high-quality texture.

-Special signs: in mold labels, outdoor warning signs, equipment nameplates, medical consumables labels, fade resistant and anti-aging.

-Cultural and creative signage: tickets/wristbands, membership cards/loyalty cards, exhibition cards, waterproof, wear-resistant, and easy to punch.

Selection shorthand

-Thickness: 80-150 μ m suitable for labels/tags; 200-400 μ m is suitable for cover/packaging/industrial gaskets.

-Printing adaptation: Supports offset printing UV、 Screen printing, digital printing, and double-sided coating ensure strong ink adhesion.

-Attention: Not resistant to high temperatures (recommended ≤ 80 ℃), avoid prolonged contact with strong solvents, otherwise deformation or delamination may occur.

Requirement analysis and solution provision

OEM project: Our engineers will review your design draft and technical documents, confirm feasibility, and provide production optimization suggestions.

ODM project: Our sales and design team will have in-depth communication with you and provide a comprehensive solution including material selection, rendering, process description, and preliminary quotation based on this.
Quotation and Contract Signing

After the scheme is confirmed, we will provide a formal quotation including quantity, unit price, mold fee, payment method, and delivery time.

After both parties confirm the accuracy, sign the contract and make a prepayment (usually 30% -50% of the total amount).
Sample production and confirmation

We will produce physical samples according to the confirmed plan and send them to you by express delivery.

Please confirm the material, color, size, and feel of the sample. At this stage, up to 2 free modifications can be made to ensure that the sample fully meets your requirements.
Mass production

After receiving your sample confirmation email, we will start mass production. During the production process, we implement a strict QC (Quality Control) system.
Pre shipment inspection and final payment

After production is completed, we will provide photos or videos of the finished product for you to confirm before final shipment.

After you confirm the accuracy, pay the remaining balance.
Packaging and Logistics

We provide professional packaging according to your requirements (such as regular boxes, inner boxes, or pressure resistant packaging) and arrange shipment through your designated logistics method, providing all logistics documents.
